1. Who we are

PromptlessPress Technologies Inc. (British Columbia, Canada), operating as Runverra ("we", "us").

2. What we collect

• Contact information: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and anything you include when you write to us or call us.
• Phone calls: recordings and written notes of calls to or from our business line (see section 8).
• Job files and data: the files, content and data you send us for a job.
• Payment: payments are handled by Stripe (direct invoices), Upwork or Fiverr. We do not receive or store card numbers.

3. Why we use it

• To do the job you ordered.
• To invoice you and keep business records.
• To reply to your messages.

4. Who processes it for us

We use these service providers to run the business:

• Stripe (invoicing and payments)
• Upwork and Fiverr (marketplace orders and messages)
• Resend (email)
• Twilio (phone calls and call recordings)
• Cloudflare (website hosting, and storage of website form records)
• Google Analytics (visit counts, only if you allow it)
• Google PageSpeed Insights (measuring a website's speed for the free website check; it receives only the website address)
• 1Password (secure access to client tools without anyone seeing the login)
• AI model providers (processing job data to help produce the work)

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Canada.

5. AI tools

Your data is processed with AI tools from AI model providers as part of delivering the job. A person reviews every delivery before it goes out.

6. Passwords

You never send us passwords. Access to your tools is given by a platform invite or through 1Password filling the login without anyone seeing it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your job files only as long as needed for the order and its revisions.

8. Website forms and analytics

• What we store: when you send the contact form or the custom request form, we store your name, your email address, the service you chose, which form you used and the date and time. We do not store your message on the website; it is emailed to us. If you add a logo, photos or a PDF to the form, they are attached to that email and are not stored on the website.
• Why: to reply to you, follow up on your request and keep a record of who asked for what.
• Where: Cloudflare D1 (part of our website hosting). Only we can export it.
• How long: 24 months from the date you sent the form, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing hello@runverra.com.
• Phone calls and call backs: our business line is answered by Vision, our AI assistant, and calls are recorded. If you ask for a call back on a form, your phone number is emailed to us (not stored on the website) and Vision calls you once at the time you chose; that call is recorded too. We keep call recordings and notes for 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner by emailing hello@runverra.com.
• Partner links: if you arrive through a referral partner's link (for example runverra.com/?ref=name), your browser remembers that partner's short code for 90 days and sends it with the contact form, so the partner is credited. No cookie is used and nothing else about you is stored for this. If you type a partner code in the contact form, it is emailed to us with your message for the same reason.
• Partner program applications: if you apply on runverra.com/partners/, we receive your name, email, how you plan to promote us, the version of the Partner Terms you agreed to and the time you agreed. We use them to review your application and, if you join, to credit and pay you. Payout and tax details are asked for only after you are approved.
• Free website check: when you check a website on runverra.com/audit/, we send its address to Google's free PageSpeed Insights service to measure its speed on a phone, and we load the page itself to read it. We don't store the address or the result, and we don't ask who you are. If you then ask for a free demo, the form works like our contact form, and the check's result is emailed to us with your message. We email the report to you only if you tick "Email me this report too", and only that once.
• Analytics: if we turn on Google Analytics, it loads only after you click "Allow" on the notice. It counts page visits and that a form was sent. It never receives your name, email address or message. If you click "No thanks", nothing from Google loads.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it, as provided by Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and BC PIPA. Email hello@runverra.com.

10. Marketing email

We send marketing email only with your consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page.
