Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and PromptlessPress Technologies Inc. (British Columbia, Canada), operating as Runverra ("we", "us").
- Contact: hello@runverra.com
- Location: British Columbia, Canada (contact us by email)
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to services ordered directly from us (invoiced through Stripe). If you order through a marketplace such as Upwork or Fiverr, that platform's terms, escrow and dispute process govern the order and take precedence over these terms where they differ.
3. Packages and scope
Each service is sold as a package. The package page states what is included, the delivery time and the number of revision rounds. That description is the scope of your order. Anything not listed is out of scope.
4. Price and payment
- The price is the price shown on the package page at the time of your order.
- Direct orders are paid by Stripe once you have approved the free demo and the fixed quote. Orders under US$1,000 are paid in full upfront.
- Orders of US$1,000 or more are paid 50% to start and 50% before launch, by Stripe invoice. Larger Cinematic projects can be split into milestones, set out in the quote.
- Upgrades (for example from Template to Custom or 3D) cost the difference between the two flat prices.
- Marketplace orders are paid through the platform's own payment and escrow system.
5. Delivery times
Delivery times are in calendar days, as stated on the package. The clock starts when payment is received and we have everything the package needs from you (for example, your file, content or access). If something you need to supply is late, delivery moves by the same amount.
6. Revisions
- Every website includes three rounds of changes. A round is one set of changes sent together.
- A revision is a change that brings the delivery in line with the stated scope or fixes something we got wrong, within the original brief.
- New scope is anything beyond the original brief: more files, rows, pages, tools or steps; a different goal; or new content supplied after delivery. New scope is quoted separately before any work starts.
7. AI-assisted work
We use AI tools to help produce our work. A person reviews every delivery before it is sent to you.
8. Your responsibilities
- You own your data and content, and you confirm you have the rights to share it with us for the job.
- You always own your domain and your site files. We host the site as part of the Website Plan, or we hand over the files for free so you can host it anywhere.
- You never send us passwords. If a package needs access to a tool, access is given by a platform invite you can remove later, or through 1Password filling the login without anyone seeing it.
- You are responsible for checking the delivery before you use or publish it.
9. How we use your data
We use the data and content you send only to do the job you ordered. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your files and information confidential. We keep your files only as long as needed for the order and its revisions.
11. No guaranteed results
We deliver the work described in the package. We do not promise outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, sales or savings.
12. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
13. Limitation of liability
If something goes wrong with an order, our total liability to you for that order is limited to the fees paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, to the extent the law allows.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
15. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
